Countryside Curb Appeal

A refreshed front landscape brings a renewed sense of home. Natural stone edging, a flagpole, and subtle lighting set the tone.

How it Started

There's more here than meets the eye - the defining design decision is how the bed comes down the right side of the property. The neighbor to the left is family so bringing the bed into the yard down this side book ends the two properties. It also gives home to the prominent flag pole - a reminder of paid respect to their family members who'e served in our military. Up lighting on the evergreen back drop and path lighting within the beds gives life to the plantings after the sun sets.

Let's talk Construction

Construction began with removing the existing sod and preparing the beds with filter fabric to ensure long-term separation between soil and stone. Plantings were installed, natural stone edging was set in place, and the beds were finished with a mix of river rock and mulch. Dusk-to-midnight low volt lighting added the final touch.
