This design began with one desire - usuable space between the pool and the house. The concreet was cracked, the spa sat in the middle of the patio, and the plantings crowded the area. We redesigned the landing, placed the spa in an appropriate spot thats nestled yet accessible, added an L-shaped outdoor kitchen with bar ledge, and placed a premium powder coated gas fire pit as the center feature. They wanted to enjoy the spa, grill and grab a drink at the bar, and read a book by the fire.

We showed up in a big way the first week - fully prepared with material staged just off the driveway. During excavation we discovered wiring that ran through the old concrete. We brought in our electrician to tie up the wiring to make the area safe. One of the questions we get from clients is about unexpected costs during construction. While we proactively plan for certain repairs such as irrication and lawn repair, the nature of excavation is that it's under ground - the majority of unforeseen change orders happen during excavation.
Once excavation, utilities, and gravel were set, we poured the kitchen and spa footings and began to set pavers. Many of our projects are multi step projects so we do our due diligence to tidy up between stages because we recognize that our jobsite is your home.
Once the patio was in and kitchen set, we finished with placing the gas fire pit, plantings, sod, and power washed the driveway - pool party prepped.
